yes we were breaking the rules here with no helmet (oops) he does otherwise always wear one! oh and he is a bit too big for that bike but santa said he was getting a new one ;)

Thanksgiving Play
the kids had their Thanksgiving lunch today at school and alex's class put on a little play. I loved the costumes they were adorable! i tried my zoom lens with christopher's class and that was a mistake,they all came out blurry :( I think I should have used the regular lens or i just need more practice (sigh)! anyhow alex's class went on about the mayflower and landing at plymouth rock and christopher's class sang a few indian songs and made vests out of pillowcases...very very cute!

a touch of the beach
we decided to take a trip to the beach. actually I really needed to hear the sound of the waves! I have been craving it forever. so we packed up the car and there we went.....
it was so windy
and cold
but we had a blast
and the kids were getting very angry at me as I was taking a hundred pictures with the new camera!
I know I have a lot to learn, but someday I'll get it :)
